A record number of family members, friends and colleagues attended this year’s ALTC Citation ceremonies to celebrate the dedication of 206 citation winners recognised for improving the student learning experience.
More than 750 people attended the six regional ceremonies held across Australia throughout August, where recipients were recognised for their outstanding contributions to teaching and learning in higher education.
According to ALTC executive director Professor Richard Johnstone, the celebrations provided an opportunity to acknowledge the diverse contributions that individuals and teams make to the quality of the student experience, particularly those made by professional, general and sessional staff.
