Prime Minister's university teaching award winners announced

Two academics who have inspired countless students for more than two decades are the 2008 recipients of the Australian Learning and Teaching Council's most prestigious prize - the Prime Minister's award for university teaching. ALTC Executive Director Professor Richard Johnstone said that Associate Professor Marnie Hughes-Warrington and Professor Stephen Barkoczy (both pictured left) were such outstanding teachers that each had been named the Prime Minister's University Teacher of the Year.
