A number of resources are available to assist current project holders in planning, implementing, reporting, and evaluating their ALTC funded project, and disseminating outcomes.


Project Management Information

The project management information will assist current project holders in the management of their project. It includes important information regarding Interim and Final Project Reporting requirements, instructions for the preparation of text resources and publicly accessible project websites, as well as guidelines for correct acknowledgement and recognition of the ALTC's funding in all written project material.


Logo and brand management

Information about using the ALTC logo for publication is available on the Logo and brand management page.


Project Reporting Templates

Reports on the progress of ALTC funded projects are required on a regular basis. Templates are available for the following reports:


Project leaders of Discipline Studies and General Investigations funded under the Discipline Based Initiatives (DBI) scheme should consult the project management information and use the Grants Scheme reporting templates when preparing progress, interim (Year or Stage) and final reports.


Evaluation

A website and resource to assist project holders in planning the evaluation framework component of their application has been prepared by Associate Professor Paul Chesterton, Australian Catholic University and Dr Rick Cummings, Murdoch University. The resource will assist project teams in clarifying what they expect from an independent evaluation and how to carry out ongoing evaluation of the project.
